Happenings

Spaceland Blue Training Camp

Blue completed it's first jumping camp of the season in Texas. It was the first time for most of the members to set foot on the
impressive Spaceland facility
.

Sadly the camp was cut short due to a knee injury :( But the team anticipates to be up in the air by the next camp.

Skydive Spaceland is the home of the 2009 US Nationals and Swoop week!

Swoop Training with PDFT Member Shannon Pilcher

A couple of days before Blue arrived in Texas, I meet with Shannon Pilcher of the PD Factory Team for some canopy coaching.

The class included myself and three other experienced canopy pilots. The camp lasted two days, with an added day for solo practice.

← Check out some of the highlights!

Thank you Shannon for sharing you knowledge and experience!
