New Picture Blog

I've joined PictureSocial, a network for photographers, and will continue to post pictures there.

PictureSocial is a place where photographers from all experience levels can share their knowledge and learn from others.

If you are already a member, please check out the group "Skydiving". I created the group so that skydivers and non-skydivers alike can enjoy and compare notes on their work.

On November 5th, AXIS went out to the iFLY Hollywood Tunnel at the Universal City Walk.

We covered a wide range of flight, everything from basic FS and Advanced Freeflying.

I am planning on hosting a camera skills camp for people interested in learning how to shoot 4-way and larger formations in the near future. I would like this to be a group event to promote a healthy learning environment, however, one-on-one sessions are also available. 

Here is what I plan to cover in the course: 

• Find out what gear and set up is right for you.
• Exploring different exit-techniques and timing.
• Refining body flight skills in the wind tunnel.
• Learn to fly with camera wings / learn to fly them more efficiently.
• Learn about competition rules and requirements. 

Upon completion of the workshop, I will even help you find a team to shoot!
